Quality Assurance

A quality assurance system will be put in place to increase customer confidence towards the organisation’s credibility to improve work processes and efficiency enabling the organisation to ensure quality standards comply with CQC regulations. 

Feedback of the Services:
Shivas Home-Care will encourage the active involvement  of our staff, service users, their relatives and families and relevant external bodies in providing  feedback and expressing their views in order  to  continuously  improve the provision of our services within the community.

Financial Transactions:
All Shivas Home-Care Staff are thoroughly vetted before being employed and are subject to an enhanced CRB check. We make every effort to ensure the safety of our client’s property and belongings while our staffs are in their homes. Any payments to our staff or other financial transactions are fully recorded and appropriate receipts issued.

Staff of ‘Shivas’ Home-Care:
All our staff  undergo an Induction Training Programme when they start work. This is to ensure they fully understand the ethos of the service and have achieved an   acceptable level of competency. Thus they are able to provide quality services to meet the clients needs and in accordance with company policies.

We provide shadowing opportunities; this further provides support workers to become familiar with more than one client hence ensuring continuity of service and appropriate cover when the assigned support worker is unavailable.

We ensure a high standard of delivery of our services through regular monitoring. Our experienced management team and external consultants undertake ongoing audits and evaluations to ensure the service continues to meet service standards; thus ensuring that we put our clients needs at the centre of our services.
